Ronald J. Wnuk, Sr.

Ronald James Wnuk, Sr., age 75, of Winona, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Brookdale Senior Living in Winona, after a long battle with cancer.

Ron was born on May 22, 1949, to John and Eloise (Kutchara) Wnuk in Winona, MN.

He honorably served his country with the United States Army in Vietnam. After his military service, he worked at Fiberite/Syensqo until his retirement. Ron was a joy to be around and had his very own style of humor. He will be missed by many.

Ron is survived by his two sons: Ronald Jr. and Jan, both of Winona; two sisters: Marilyn Kujak of Winona and Christine Kubesh of Fargo, ND; three brothers: Tom (Betty) Wnuk of Ames, IA, Doug Wnuk, and Jay (Diane) Wnuk of Galesville, WI; one grandson, Vincent Wolfe; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Eloise; two brothers: Steve and Jan; and two sisters: Ellen and Merrie.

Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery next to his wife, Betty, at a later date.
