Patricia H. Brang

Patricia H. Brang, age 88, of Winona, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2024, at Winona Health.

She was born on May 11, 1936, in Winona, the only child of Edmund and Alice (Ginther) Paszkiewicz and was a graduate of Winona High School.  Pat was united in marriage with Jerry Brang, and he preceded her in death in 1978.

Pat was employed for many years as a lunch lady at Goodview School, a job which she truly enjoyed.   She was a member of the Goodview Activity Group, the American Legion Auxiliary, Harvest House, and the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka.

She will be remembered for her enjoyment of gardening, doing puzzles, and her Tripoli card club.

Pat is lovingly survived by her children: Sharon (Lenny) Laures, Tim (Aniko) Brang, Karen (Kent) Brown, Bill (Mary Beth) Brang, and Mary Brang; a daughter-in-law: Donna Brang; she was fondly called “G” by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; and she is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Rick Brang; and her parents.

Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the funeral service at 11 AM on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home, 376 E. Sarnia St., Winona.  Deacon Justin Green will officiate.

Pat will be laid to rest at a later date in a family ceremony at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
