MARK FRANCIS MAKER

Mark Francis Maker, age 49, from Winona, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 22, 2016.  He is survived by his wife, Kim Kilduff-Maker, their two children: Christopher (23 yrs.) and Cydney (19 yrs.).  Mark is also survived by his mother Elizabeth Michaels; his sisters, Leslie Peterson and Kelly Michaels; daughter Megan Morey and 4 nieces and nephews.  Mark was preceded in death by his father, Tony Maker, and his grandparents.

Mark loved the holidays, his dog Max, Vikings football, Wild hockey, NASCAR, loved adventures and  campfires with old friends, learning and travelling from his living room chair on the internet, but most of all he loved his family.  He loved and was so proud of his kids.  They were his heart.

Mark's wish was to be cremated and to have a private family memorial.

The family wants to thank all of Mark's caregivers, doctors and dialysis friends.  A special thank you to Mark's friends for the fun memories and support over the years.

He is finally at peace and free of his ailing body.  We all have a new angel looking out for us from heaven.

Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.
