Linda Peterson

Linda M. Peterson, age 62, of Winona, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018, at the Gundersen Health System Hospital in La Crosse, WI.

She was born on January 21, 1956, in Illinois, to Ralph and Arlene Neyers.  Linda earned her nursing degree from Southeast Technical College in Winona, and worked as a nurse for over 30 years.

Linda will be remembered for her enjoyment of trips to the casino, and how she appreciated the simple things in life.  She was a loving and giving person, who put her family and friends at the center of her life.  She will be especially missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Linda is lovingly survived by her children: Craig Neyers and Jason (Shannon) Peterson; grandchildren: Chelsea, Kayla, Abby, Iris, and Olivia; brothers: Bob Neyers and John Neyers; her special friends: Donna C., Brenda C., and Linda E.; as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph; mother, Arlene; step-father, Harry Passe; and her sister, Rita.

It was Linda’s request that no funeral services be held.
