Lee Henry

Mr. Hadwin Lee Henry, Sr., was known to all as "Lee Henry." He passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Sauer Health Care in Winona.

He was born to Ada and Lewis Henry in White Earth, MN, on February 22, 1943.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary Lou Henry (Merchlewitz). He married the love of his life on April 13, 1968. Together they have two children: Stacy Lee Hermann (Les Hermann) and Hadwin Lee Henry, Jr. (Mikhala Henry). He is also survived by many grandchildren: Kesala, Dalton, Tristan, Landyn, Levi, Lideeya, Raiden and Arkyn and great grandchildren Hannah and Bailey.

He worked hard and played hard throughout his life. He owned Mr. Lee's Small Engine in Stockton, MN for many years. There wasn't an engine he couldn't fix! He was a skilled roofer and one of the few to build and erect church steeples in the area. He enjoyed being Mayor of Stockton for many years, snowmobile racing, and helping customers who became friends. He was known to many as the man of steel from Stockton, MN.

His favorite saying was, "Let the good times roll!"  He will be deeply missed by family and friends.

Honoring his wishes, funeral services will be held privately for his family.
