Deanna Daniels

Deanna M. Daniels, age 57, of Trempealeau, WI, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021, at the Gundersen Health System Hospital in La Crosse, WI.

She was born on August 8, 1964, in Burlington, WI, to Joseph and Mary Lou (Myers) Maas, and was later adopted by Chester J. Pelowski, Sr., in 1973.

Deanna married Richard “Dick” Daniels on June 10, 1989, in Winona, and he preceded her in death on March 8, 2006.

She was employed at the Marinuka Manor and also at Wal-Mart.  Deanna will be remembered for her enjoyment of knitting, crocheting, cooking, and pencil coloring.  Her greatest joy in life was being a mom and a homemaker.

Deanna is survived by her son, Ryan P. Daniels, La Crosse; step-children: Dwight Daniels and Brenda Daniels, Salt Lake City, UT; brother: Chester “CJ” (Connie) Pelowski, Jr., of Trempealeau, and their children: Nicholas Pelowski, Stephanie Stevens, and Michael (Samantha) Stevens; a sister: Jodi (Kelly Byrd) Pelowski, Victoria, TX; three nieces, five nephews, one great-niece, one great-nephew; uncles: Joe and Jim Myers; aunts: Rose Zach and Donna Henkes; as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a sister: Madonna Yingling; and a brother: Clifford Pelowski.

Visitation will be held from noon until the funeral service at 1 PM on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home.  Deacon Justin Green will officiate.  Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Trempealeau.
