ARNOLD R. MUELLER, SR.

Arnold R. Mueller, Sr., age 87, of Minnesota City, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017, at Lake Winona Manor.

He was born on July 12, 1930, in Wilson, MN, to Rudolph and Edna (Hornberg) Mueller, and was united in marriage with Carol Albrecht on April 12, 1969.

Arnold was employed for 32 years with RTP in Winona until his retirement in 1998.

Arnold enjoyed sports, and loved to watch the Twins and the Vikings.  He had a green thumb for growing flowers, and he appreciated the simple things in life by fishing and spending time at home.

Arnold is lovingly survived by his wife, Carol; children: Arnold Mueller, Jr., Amy Gorton, Polly (Tony) Reinart, and Jason Mueller; grandchildren: Gina Reinart, Caleb Mueller, Denise Mueller, Darion Reinart, Shania Mueller, Bianca Mueller, and Heather Reinart; twin great-granddaughters: Nova Rae and Ella Alexis Erdman; as well as extended relatives in the Mueller and Albrecht families.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law: Dan Gorton, and four brothers.

According to his wishes, private family funeral services will be held at a later date with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
